Dr. Wallach is doing his own scheduling for the year 2005. All requests must be submitted to me in writing either via the e-mail or on the fax machine. I will not accept any verbal requests over the phone. Dr. Wallach receives all requests in a timely manner, and either Dr. Wallach or myself will be calling the distributor back.
